During his studies at the Academy, he became interested in contemporary music, jazz, experimental, improvised music and particularly in the traditional music of the Balkans. At that time he said yes to every oportunity. Symphony orchestras, rock bands, big bands, wind bands, collaborations with young composers, performances with actors, Byzanthine choir, traditional music ensembles, workshops, seminars… resulting in very broad musical experience. Today, as a teacher he focuses on developing each student’s specific learning style and musical affinity. As a musician, he is a member of two of Belgrade’s most eclectic bands, Naked and Fish In Oil, where he develops two very different approaches to music and improvisation.
